Personal Commitment

Completion of the Young Professional Leadership Jacksonville (YPLJ) program is seen as the beginning of a long term commitment to the community. To graduate from the program, you are expected to participate in ALL activities in their entirety.

This includes:

Opening Retreat: Friday – Saturday, March 4 - 5, 2027 (MANDATORY in its entirety)

Mentoring One-on-One (between Opening Retreat and Program Day 1)

Program Day 1: Thursday, March 18, 2027

Mentoring One-on-One (between Program Day 1 and 2)

Program Day 2: Thursday, April 1, 2027

Mentoring One-on-One (between Program Day 2 and 3)

Program Day 3: Thursday, April 22, 2027

Mentoring One-on-One (between Program Day 3 and Closing Retreat)
